FAQs
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN KING OF HEARTS & KOH2?
Our bands are actually more similar than you may think. The only visible difference is the individuals themselves and their impressive list of personal achievements. King Of Hearts and KOH2 share the same repertoire and deliver interactive stage shows night after night. This comes as no surprise to us as we have hand-selected artists who have attended the prestigious Berklee College of Music, headlined their own tours and toured with major recording artists. In fact, many of the KOH2 members were a part of the original King Of Hearts Band at some point in their careers.
DO WE GET TO CHOOSE THE SONGS THE BAND WILL PLAY?
Song selection is very important for any event. Feel free to take a look at our song list and check off any songs that you and yours guests will enjoy.
We will then incorporate as many of the selected songs as we can in to our set-lists, along with reading the crowd and keeping the party going!
CAN THE BAND LEARN SPECIAL REQUEST SONGS THAT ARE NOT ON THE WEBSITE SONG LIST?
Yes, we will learn up to 3 songs for you, and it can be any song you choose.
SO WHICH 13 STATES DOES KING OF HEARTS ENTERTAINMENT COVER?
Alabama, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Vermont.
CAN WE ADD/ TAKE AWAY MUSICIANS IN THE BAND?
You may certainly add to the number of musicians in the band. King Of Hearts – New England’s base formation is a 7 piece band consisting of Bass, Drums, Keys, Guitar, Sax, with a male and female vocalist. King Of Hearts – South features an additional female vocalist making their configuration an 8 piece band.
Each band’s base configuration is the minimum number of musicians you can expect on your big day and we are happy to include additional horn players and vocalists to take your King Of Hearts experience to the next level.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK THE BAND FOR OUR WEDDING?
As soon as you get engaged and begin planning. We are not kidding! If entertainment is important to you, make booking it a priority. Ok, so not as soon as you get engaged, but definitely as soon as you lock in your date and venue.
